The questions people actually ask.
Frequently asked questions about our growth engagements.
Straight answers.
How is this different from hiring a consultancy?
A consultancy delivers a recommendation and leaves. Our operator sits in your team, in your tools and in your meetings, and is measured on the commercial result—signed partners, live market, revenue collected.
How long is a typical engagement?
Most run three to nine months. Long enough to sign real partners and prove the motion, short enough that you are never paying for presence instead of progress.
What does it cost?
A monthly retainer scoped to the operator and the mandate, often with an outcome-linked component. It is deliberately cheaper than a senior full-time hire who would still need six months to build the network you are buying.
Which markets do you cover?
The GCC is home—UAE and Saudi in particular—with live corridors into Europe. We have taken European businesses into the Middle East and regional businesses outward.
Which sectors do you know best?
Insurtech and financial services, mobility and automotive, ad tech and performance media, F&B supply chain, and marketplace platforms.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes, when there is a defined commercial problem and someone internal to work alongside. We are not a substitute for a founder selling; we are the multiplier on it.
What happens when the engagement ends?
The relationships are in your name, the pipeline is in your CRM, and the playbook is written down. If you hire someone to take it over, we hand over to them directly.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks of agreeing the mandate, once we have matched the right operator to the problem.
