Every engagement is matched to the right level of operator for the scope. Together Partners deploys across four levels depending on what the business actually needs:
— C-Level — strategic leadership, investor and partnership relationships, market entry ownership
— Director Level — commercial execution, business development, category and market management
— Manager Level — on-ground sales, partnerships, and operational delivery
— Mid-Junior Level — execution support, field sales, and account management
Engagements are structured around a fixed rate combined with performance alignment. Our time has value. So does your outcome. The model reflects both.
You get the right operator at the right level — not the most expensive person for every task, and not a junior filling a senior gap.
